Carl Weinberg

Carl Weinberg graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial
Engineering. In 1971, Carl carl weinbergobtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Babson College with concentrations in both corporate finance and investments and accounting. Prior to his graduation, Carl also worked as a part-time management consultant. In 1971, Carl joined Price Waterhouse Co., CPA’s, a national accounting firm, and he obtained his CPA license in the State of Rhode Island in 1973. Carl has been a member of both the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1973.

In 1974 Carl began his own accounting firm in Warwick, Rhode Island. Carl is currently the managing partner of the firm which has offices in Rhode Island and Hong Kong. Since 1974, Carl has performed all accounting, tax, auditing and financial related services for various clients of his firm.

For the past twenty years, Carl has been a member of and has served as Chairman of the Committee on Federal and State Taxation for the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. Carl has served as a member of the Board of Delegates of Meeting Street School, a director of the Bank of Boston Export School, treasurer of Ledgemont Country Club and he currently serves on the Lifespan Finance Committee and the Board of Overseers of Moses Brown School. Carl and his family reside in Cranston, Rhode Island.
