Kayoko Sugiyama

After finishing a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical Science at Tohoku University, Ms Sugiyama got a job with IBM Japan. She worked as a sales engineer for a few years, but later moved to customer training department and was in charge of developing training course for system programmers. After 9 years of experience with IBM Japan, she moved to New York and finished her masters’ degree in Information System which is a combination of Computer Science and Stern Business School program at New York University. Ms Sugiyama then worked at a US IT venture, Platinum Technology for about a year, and then returned to Japan. She worked at Business Break Through, a company which offers professional business training program, and was in charge of leaders’ management skill development as a sales executive manager for 5 years until she moved to Phoenix Associates, a training solution company where she worked until 2011. In 2012, she established GCRM Partners Limited Liability Company and engaged in solution business. She has been actively supporting non-profit educational activities using her knowledge and skills in human resource development.
