Robyn Simpson worked as a consultant in the Information Technology industry. In this role she became a leader of mentoring women to participate in what was a largely male dominated industry. Robyn went on to work in universities lecturing and continuing to mentor women, particularly in the mathematical and engineering end of participation. Through her research work and lecturing Robyn became interested in education and is now a Deputy Principal for the Queensland Academy, Science Mathematics and Technology campus. Computer Programming is now something she does for fun.
