GEC Background

The Pembrokeshire College team are taking part in GEC 2013, representing Wales. To get to this stage, the team had to win GEC Cymru 2013, the Welsh final of the competition. The competition is a 24 hour challenge, where teams have to develop a business plan and presentation of their idea. As part of the two-day event, students had the opportunity to hear inspirational presentations from two successful entrepreneurs Kanya King MBE, founder of the MOBO Awards and Emily Cummins, a remarkable young inventor of sustainable products.
